Sports Massage

We aim to have sports massages available both before and after the events on each day across Long Course Weekend. This year we are delighted to introduce Emily from Pembrokeshire Sports Massage who will be providing treatments for 2023.  

Emily and her team will be providing treatments at The Long Course Weekend Village and Recovery Zone. You can book your massage through our pre-pay booking system ahead of LCW.
